![]() Mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation co-efficient were used for data analysis. The questionnaire tagged “Information and Communication Technology, and Teaching and Learning Questionnaire (ICTTLQ)” was pilot tested and a reliability coefficient of. The data for the study were gathered through the copies of questionnaire that were distributed to the teachers in the chosen schools. A sample of 400 teachers was randomly selected from the selected primary schools in AMAC, FCT as the sample for the study. Correlational and descriptive survey research designs were adopted. ![]() In this study, two research questions were addressed while one hypothesis was tested. The study recommends that policy makers on Ghana teacher education should ensure that college tutors use Geogebra to teach geometry aspects such as angles to improve performance and interest towards mathematics.Ībstract The study determined the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) utilization and effective teaching and learning in Federal Capital Territory (FCT) primary schools, Abuja, Nigeria. The experimental group showed positive interest towards Geogebra approach of learning angles. The difference was in favor of the experimental group. Overall mean difference of 6.5 was recorded between the experimental group and control group when the paired sample t-test was used to analyze their posttest results. The study revealed that preservice teachers taught through Geogebra approach achieved a higher mean score than those taught with the traditional approach. Data was analyzed using percentages, mean and standard deviation and t-tests. ![]() Data collection instruments included 10 pretest and 10 posttest questions demanded short answers regarding angles properties and principles and Likert scaled questionnaire on pre-service teachers' attitudes towards Geogebra. A quasi-experimental design involving seventy-two science pre-service teachers were put into control and experimental groups for the study. ![]() The study was carried out at Evangelical Presbyterian (E.P.) College of Education, Bimbilla, in the Northern Region of Ghana to determine the effects of Geogebra on Science pre-service teacher's attitudes and achievement in angles. ![]()
